Celaviedmai is a hip-hop artist from Galway who is turning heads in Irish music. Known for her hard hitting lyrics and explosive live performances whether alone or with a full band, Cela knows how to keep a crowd entertained. The Journal of Music described her as “one of the most versatile and consistent acts of the past five years” while Vice.com said “few MCs in Ireland are as bold.”

Cela has an impressive performance history from the 3 Arena to the National Concert Hall, headlining her own shows and even opening for artists such as Lil Wayne, Mac Miller, Hoodie Allen and Tinchy Stryder. Her music is celebrated for defying genres within urban contemporary music and the rapper often combines English, French and Irish in her lyrics.

Following the success of releasing her debut EP ‘Both Sides of the Story’ earlier this year, Celaviedmai has had a busy summer recording new music and performing at the likes of Forbidden Fruit, Wildroots, MoLi – The Museum of Modern Literature Ireland, Body & Soul and All Together Now.
